GISIN2 Data Providers Workshop, 09-12 August, 2008

A second technical data providers' workshop for first adopters of the GISIN system will be held in Elmira, New York to continue to discuss the data sharing models and improve the GISIN search prototype. This workshop is made possible through funding from the U.S. Geological Survey’s National Biological Information Infrastructure (NBII) and logistical support from The Polistes Foundation.

The summary report from the first GISIN Data Providers' Workshop held 02-05 June in Athens, Georgia is now available.
